We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager (Remote Position)

Are you an experienced Business Development Manager looking for an exciting opportunity? Join our dynamic team and help drive growth in the education consulting industry! We are looking for a results-driven professional with a strong background in business development, sales, and marketing to lead our expansion efforts in Accra or Kumasi.

Position: Business Development Manager

Location: Remote (Must be based in Accra or Kumasi)
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of work experience in business development, sales, or a related field within an education consulting, recruitment, or similar industry.
Educational Qualification: At least a Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, Business Development, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand our reach and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, institutions, and key stakeholders.
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to attract students and clients.
Manage and grow partnerships with international schools and organisations.
Drive revenue growth by identifying market trends and customer needs.
Represent the company at educational fairs, networking events, and conferences.
Provide regular reports on business performance, sales, and market analysis.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies.
Experience in student recruitment, education consultancy, or a related field is a plus.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and digital marketing tools.
